Free Shipping

Shipping is free for orders $100 and above

Domestic fulfillment

At this time we only ship to the continental United States. All orders are shipped out of Agua Dulce, California. We use USPS and UPS Ground and charge a flat rate fee of $13 for shipping.  Shipping will take approximately 2-5 business days. You will receive your tracking number via the email you provide during checkout.

Order Processing

Since our products are carefully handcrafted, and made for each order, it can take 3-9 business days (Monday - Friday) to build and process your order.

Returns

Our products are made to order and can not be returned. If you are not satisfied with your order, please reach out via the contact page and we will try to resolve your concerns on a case by case basis. If our product is faulty from our end we will replace it at no charge to you, once fault has been verified.

In the rare instance where the carrier loses your product during transit, or ships to the wrong address, reach out to the carrier to resolve the issue. Our packages are insured by the carrier.
